Development Programme
Last year we applied for a rural development grant, and we’re delighted to say that we’ve been successful. This award, which is made on a matched funding basis, comes from EU funds administered by the Northern Ireland Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).
The works will take place in three main areas:
- New 8 metre-long pontoons equipped with utility pillars supplying electricity
and water - Refurbishment of the customer area, including the installation of a shower
- Installation of two marina webcams and an upgrade of the office IT equipment
This will extend our pontoon space by about 16 metres, and will enable us to keep a permanent Visitor berth.
We’re delighted to announce that apart from a bit of tidying up, the work is now finished. You’re welcome to come and inspect the improvements!
